Terms & Conditions

Our furniture is handcrafted to last looking beautifully for generations. We stand behind our craftsmanship, Which is why all of our furniture includes a structural  warranty. In the rare event that the safety or durability of your item is ever compromised let us know immediately so we can fix or replace it at no additional cost to you.

Because all of our furniture is custom built and/or finished to order, our return policy only covers product defects and inaccurate orders. In the rare event that your order is built inaccurately or has a defect, we will replace the furniture and correct the issue.

Our furniture is built from solid wood that is distressed to give it a distinct  reclaimed look. Solid wood has the properties to expand and contract over time. These expansions and contractions can sometimes leave small cracks in the wood. This does not effect the strength or durability of your furniture and should not be viewed as damaged or defected, but instead celebrated.

To care for your table please be do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges. There are many different natural cleaners available.  A warm wash cloth is best. This will help to maintain the stain color and finish so that your furniture stays protected.   If you are purchasing for outdoor use please contact us so we can be sure the correct finish is used.

Delivery

Urban Farmhouse Creations delivers within a 125 mile radius of Phoenix, AZ. If you are unsure if you are in our delivery radius please contact us to confirm before ordering. All deliveries are $1.00 per mile.  Deliveries can take up to 6 weeks, But are usually much less. If you are outside of our delivery radius and would like to order a table or other item you can pick-up from our location, Or go through a white glove service and have your table picked up and delivered for you, feel free to email or call us and we will be happy to assist you with this process.
